Will the Salvos provide me with food?

When you call the Salvos Phone Assistance Line, our team member will listen to the issues you’re facing and conduct an assessment to better understand your needs and what support we may be able to provide — depending on your location or situation.

This may be a voucher that can be used for food, fuel, or other practical needs, or we may refer you to other services for casework, financial counselling, or other practical or emotional support. Our aim is to ensure you feel heard, cared for, respected, and supported to meet your needs.
