The Bridge Program - Hobart
The Bridge program is located on the Muwinina lands in New Town, Hobart. This service provides residential rehabilitation and non-residential services to people over the age of 18 affected by substance misuse. The Hobart Bridge Program provides a 27-bed AOD residential service including aftercare support programs, family support programs, a counselling clinic, a community-based withdrawal bed and a sober up service.
Our residential program provides both short and long stay options. Short stays for periods of up to four weeks and long stays up to 10 weeks.
We offer individually tailored treatment for all participants and specialise in returned service men and women. We have an Aboriginal worker who provides coordinated care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Participants of our program have access to the full range of services onsite or group programs and individual support in community locations. We also offer an online support program.
The Bridge Program – Launceston
The Bridge program is located where the Tyerrernotepanner, Panninher and Leterremairrener lands converge in Launceston, Tasmania. This service provides non-residential services to people over the age of 18 affected by substance misuse.
We offer individually tailored treatment for all participants and specialise in returned service men and women. We also provide a needle and syringe program on site.
Participants of our program have access to onsite services or individual support in community locations. We also offer an online support program.
The Bridge Program – Ulverstone
The Bridge program is located on the Tommeginne lands in Ulverstone, on the northwest coast of Tasmania. This service provides residential rehabilitation and non-residential services to people over the age of 18 affected by substance misuse. The Bridge Program provides a 12-bed AOD residential service including aftercare support programs, counselling services and a family support program.
Our residential program provides both short and long stay options. Short stays are generally for periods of up to four weeks and long stays are up to 10 weeks.
We offer individually tailored treatment for all participants and specialise in returned service men and women.
Participants of our program have access to the full range of services onsite or access to assessment and individual support in some community locations. We also offer an online support program.
