Homeless Outreach Programme

The Salvation Army SalvoCare Eastern's Homelessness Programmes provide assertive outreach support to consumers who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness and who may have a range of disabilities.

Target Group:

  • Acquired Brain Injury
  • Mental Health
  • Drug & Alcohol
  • Frail Aged

Services Provided:

  • Identification of need
  • Assessment
  • Advocacy
  • Information
  • Practical Assistance
  • Referral
  • Chaplaincy
  • A RDNS nurse from the Homeless Persons Program is co-located with this service
