Every Sunday morning from 9 - 9:30am.

Seniors Movie Day

Corps (Church) / Centre facilitySeniors Movie Day is held the first Monday of every month (excluding public holidays). The day commences at 9:45am with registration then the first movie commences at 10am followed by lunch at 12pm. The second movie is shown at 1pm. Cost is $7.00 pp. Every attempt is made to show movies that are suitable for adults, generally rated G or PG.
First Monday of each month (excluding public holidays) from 9:45am.

SAL Connect
Wednesday Friday 10:00 am- 2:00 pm
Corps (Church) / Centre facilityFor all people needing assistance they must call the SAL assistance line on 1300 371 288, Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. (excluding public holidays) to be assessed over the phone. To collect assistance people may come to the SAL Connect site (on Goonoo Goonoo) on either Wednesday or Friday between 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. If people do not have a phone or are having difficulties they may come to the SAL Connect site for assistance in calling the 1300 number.

PLP (Positive Lifestyle Program)
The Positive Lifestyle Program is an 8-module course which takes participants through a self-awareness-raising process, focusing on personal difficulties they may be unable to identify or address. P.L.P, in a non-invasive, non-judgemental way, encourages participants to consider the following aspects of their lives: self-awareness, anger, depression, stress, loneliness, grief and loss, problem solving, assertiveness, self-esteem, and goal setting.

Money Care/ Financial Counselling
A free and confidential service for people having difficulty paying debt or managing their money. Appointments are necessary and can be made through the Church Office by calling 6762 3930 or in person during office hours.

Kid's Church
Sunday 10:00 am - 11:30am
Corps (Church) / Centre facilityWe believe that all children are a blessing from God. Kids's Church is a safe place for children to have fun, be creative and learn about Jesus. The children enjoy age appropriate activities and are encouraged to develop a relationship with each other, their leaders and God.

ITS (Initial Transitional Services Program)
The ITS program is accessed by referrals from Community Corrections only and is run in conjunction with them. This program has been set up to assist people coming out of prison (Probation and Parole) who require assistance to transition back into the community. Clients are case managed using a strength based and person centred, approach.

Every Tuesday morning we meet at 10am for morning tea and then our Home League Meeting is from 10:30 - 11:30am.

Doorways Casework
Doorways uses an holistic approach to the delivery of emergency relief. It delivers assistance to people in crisis by not only addressing immediate need but also by exploring the underlying issues which contribute to the crisis and providing pathways out of poverty.
