Christmas
Christmas
At Christmas, we remember the birth of Jesus Christ, who was born to bring light into the darkness of our lives. If times are tough for you personally, or you’re feeling worried about the state of the world, we want to encourage you to still believe in good for your Christmas.
Because of Jesus, we can experience lives of love, joy and purpose. This is good news — and it is something we can celebrate at Christmas!
The Bible says, “Everything good comes from God. Every perfect gift is from him. These good gifts come down from [God] the Father who made all the lights in the sky ...” (James chapter 1 verse 17a, ERV).
Nobody should face their struggles alone. The Salvation Army wishes to share with you the light that comes from this good news about Jesus. We are here for you to help you experience a good Christmas, filled with hope for the year ahead. Find out we can help you or how you can share goodness with others.
