About Us

The Salvation Army Auburn is situated in the heart of Auburn and is a place where everyone is welcome. Our church is made up of people from many cultures and backgrounds, who unite together to worship and serve our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. We are part of the worldwide Salvation Army, with a mission to reach the world with the good news of Jesus, and particularly to extend His love to those who are disadvantaged, marginalised and oppressed. Auburn Salvos is a place of hope, it is an open, accepting, loving community of people, with a heart to serve those in need. It is a place to get to know God and to serve God. At Auburn Salvos, we run a variety of programs for different age groups, where people can participate in a caring community, find friendship and find a place of belonging. These programs are designed to assist people in their daily lives, develop skills as well as help them grow in confidence.
