Family Violence After Hours Service 24/7 Refuge

Crossroads Family Violence Service Provides:

Crisis Outreach Intervention and support refuge for up to 7 days and longer term refuge for up to 6 weeks for women and children escaping family violence.

Reconnect Program

Holistic case management support for young people at risk of homelessness. Reconnect workers can work with both the young person and their families.

Eligibility Criteria:
Young people aged 12-18 living in or connected to the LGA of Hume or Moreland and at risk of homelessness. Please call for referral and intake.

Creating Connections

Provision of specialist support and secondary consultation for SAAP providers and their clients in the NW Metro Region. Referrals to Creating Connections can be made by homelessness case managers working with a young person aged 16 – 25 years, who is homeless or at risk of homelessness, from the NW Metro region and with high and complex needs can ring the service directly.

Bridgehaven

A residential alcohol & other drugs rehabilitation service for women & women with children located in the Melbourne Metropolitan Region. The program involves a 4 month residential stay and a 4 to 6 month aftercare program.

Bridgehaven also oversees the management of the Eunike Women's AOD Supported Accommodation Program.  The Eunike program is a 3-12 month Drug and Alcohol Supported Accommodation program for women with or without accompanying children.
